Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Realium website (realium.org) and engaging our software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Realium provides custom software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, UI/UX design, e-commerce and Shopify development, and enterprise software. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project agreements between Realium and the client.

3. Project Agreements

All project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions. These project agreements, together with these Terms of Service, form the complete agreement between the parties.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Realium retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the course of business. Pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains with its original owner.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement. Work may be paused on accounts with overdue balances.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement.

7. Warranties & Limitations

Realium warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. All deliverables include a 90-day post-launch support period for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Beyond this warranty period, Realium makes no guarantees regarding the performance of third-party services, APIs, or platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Realium will provide all completed deliverables and source code upon receipt of final payment.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Realium reserves the right to modify or update website content at any time without notice. Portfolio items and case studies are representative of our work and may include anonymized or generalized details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or related services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
